Romantic Estate Wedding on Oahu's North Shore

Like most fairy tale beginnings - Tiare and Lance have been madly in love for ten years. They’ve been married, had children, built their lives together and finally had the chance to have their dream wedding at the Hale Koa Estate after a decade together.

The Landos had their Cinco De Lando celebration on,,,yeah...you guessed it...Cinco De Mayo with 100 of their closest friends and family. This intimate estate venues has beach views, perfectly manicured lawn space, oversized suites and an amazing grand lanai that can seat up to 60. The ceremony space comes equipped with a driftwood arch with so much character it can be decorated or stand alone.

For this wedding,  we went with crisp clean white tones, deep tropical greens and touches of blush and gold. The bridesmaids dresses were a deep green and we opted for fans to match the theme instead of traditional bridesmaids bouquets. Tiare’s tropical bouquet was all white with tropical greens and fern and the guys stuck with their classic white boutonnieres. The clear top tent with bistro lighting and crystal chandeliers was set at the reception in the front lawn space of the estate along with wooden farm tables with mahogany chiavari chairs.

One thing that people don’t realize about their wedding day is that it’s going to fly by - so saving on travel time and having extime to spend with friends and family on your big day is invaluable.

The best part of estate weddings is the time you have to prepare. The energy is great, the timeline is more relaxed and you’re with your friends and family getting ready for the best day of your life! What could be better?
