***50% down in required to book. Remaining balance is due 30 days prior to event date.
Step two: 30 Days out
Wrap up meeting in person, google hangouts or via phone call
Communication to all vendors that weβre now the contact
Musical Selections Questionnaire sent
Rehearsal date/time scheduled
Tentative food guarantee submitted
Step three: 10 to 14 days out
Timeline and diagram sent out to all vendors
Final numbers turned in to caterer
Rental amounts are adjusted
Gather any final balance and billing info
Step four: The day before
Facilitate Rehearsal
Pick up any specialty items
step five: the big day

Facilitates vendors schedule, logistics and set-up
Emergency kit

Disburse payments and tips
Coordinates the dayβs events according to timeline and makes adjustments accordingly
Packs up specialty items at the end of the night
*Communication via email/phone/meetings is unlimited but all phone calls/meetings will be scheduled. We want to make sure we take the time to answer your questions or talk through any details so scheduling is the best way.
